Olga is a graduate of the College of Marketing and Design and the Institute of Public Relations. She started her career in 1987 with the NOP group of companies in London. Having spent some 20 years in the industry, she has considerable experience covering a wide range of markets and research techniques, both qualitative and quantitative.
Throughout her career, Olga has developed particular expertise in the areas of business to business research, customer satisfaction tracking, brand equity tracking, usage and attitude research and new product development. She has worked across all sectors both private and public. She has extensive experience of working with a variety of multinational organisations, with particular focus on the FMCG, telecoms, and tobacco sectors. Olga joined Millward Brown Lansdowne in August 1998.
